Our Privacy Policy
Pet*iD Inc. ("Pet*iD.com") has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices but does not modify nor supercede our Terms of Service.
What is Done With Personally Identifiable User Information
Pet*iD does not sell, share or give away its users' personally identifiable information to third parties. "Pet*iD may use any information to resolve disputes or troubleshoot problems".
Passwords
You should not disclose your password to any third party. If you believe your password has been
compromised, you should change it immediately.

Like most Internet sites, we use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. This information is not distributed to current and potential advertisers. Name and specific registrant information is not linked to broad demographic data.
Updating your Information
Your user information can be changed at any time by editing your user profile.
Links
We use email links throughout the site to allow users to contact us directly with questions or comments. We read
every message sent in and try to reply promptly to every one. This information is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve the site and program, or review and discard

Surveys
Our online surveys may ask a visitor for feedback regarding the site and content. This information is used to improve the site and is not re-distributed.
Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. Our user and album databases are protected, and access is limited to only authorized "Pet*iD, Inc. employees.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage.
If you have any questions about the security at our website, you can send an email to
